Silent reading fluency is the area of reading that is taught the least and tested the most. Yet efficient and effective silent reading is a crucial element for a student’s academic performance. A student must be able to read independently, silently, and with appropriate rate and good comprehension if he or she is to succeed in school and beyond.
Leading reading researchers suggest that an instructional reading system should provide scaffolded silent reading practice, a highly effective means of guiding students toward reading proficiency.
Mathematics. Easy as 1, 2, 3!
Many students struggle with math because they rely on arbitrary memorization techniques to answer specific questions. With this approach, students do not gain a substantive understanding of fundamentals and simply cannot adjust to more sophisticated problem solving.
Our web-enabled program helps students understand at a conceptual level. Instead of being overwhelmed by numbers, students move at their own speed and learn how math works.
